The 2024 deployment supplied 63 CDUs and 994 liquid-cooled racks for large-model training, inference, and industrial AI workloads.

Application Role

Liquid cooling architecture for dense AI workload environments.

The CDU uses a heat exchanger and secondary-side pump to supply cooling water to terminal equipment while isolating primary and secondary systems. The liquid-cooled rack includes cabinet body, manifold, hoses, and double-seal quick disconnects.

CDU Loop Isolation

Separates primary and secondary loops to improve safety and cleanliness.

Rack Distribution

Coolant enters the manifold, flows to each server through branch hoses, and returns after absorbing heat.

AI Workload Fit

Supports large-model training and inference with predictable rack-level cooling.

Deployment Scale

The architecture supports coordinated multi-CDU and multi-rack rollout.
