Product Overview

CDU-to-rack pipe assemblies with less field welding.

Secondary-side piping connects the CDU with each liquid cooled rack, delivering coolant from the CDU and returning it after heat is absorbed at the IT load. If the CDU is the system heart, the secondary piping network is the circulatory path that makes the rack loop operate reliably.

Clean

Inert gas shielded welding, pickling/passivation, and ultrasonic cleaning support loop cleanliness.

Reliable

Stainless body construction, borescope or X-ray inspection, and pressure testing support leak-tight integrity.

Flexible

Compatible with butterfly valves, ball valves, sensors, air release valves, and top or bottom rack connections.

Fast Field Work

Prefabricated assemblies use pipe splicing joints and adjustable brackets to reduce on-site complexity.

Secondary Piping Architecture

Modular piping for repeatable rack rows.

DLP secondary piping can be configured around facility architecture, rack spacing, CDU position, rack height, coolant selection, and service access. A standard design can use every two racks as one repeatable module and duplicate that module to match the final rack count.
