Product Overview

High-capacity liquid cooling in a compact 4U footprint.

The in-rack CDU is designed for high-density compute racks where cooling capacity, loop cleanliness, service access, and floor-space efficiency all matter. Plate heat exchangers isolate the primary and secondary loops, while the secondary loop maintains stable coolant delivery for cold-plate equipment.

4U Form Factor

Fits inside compatible 21-inch rack architectures to reduce external equipment footprint.

150 kW Class

Rated at 150 kW at 4 C ATD and 193 kW at 6 C ATD for dense AI and HPC loads.

N+1 Pumps

Variable-speed high-efficiency pump drive with N+1 redundancy for continued operation planning.

Smart Monitoring

Online monitoring for temperature, pressure, flow, humidity, leakage, and operating status.

Control Architecture

Closed secondary loop control for dense compute racks.

Loop Isolation

Plate heat exchangers separate primary and secondary loops to protect coolant quality and IT-side operation.

Stable Control

Secondary loop temperature can be controlled within +/-1 C for predictable rack-side supply conditions.

Remote Interface

Local touchscreen plus Modbus-RTU/TCP and SNMP communication for monitoring and integration.

Factory-integrated modules simplify service and rack deployment.

The 4U platform combines the thermal core, N+1 pump module, monitoring, and pressure stabilization in a serviceable rack-mounted assembly. Final interfaces are confirmed during engineering review.
